Webcasting: Consider Infrastructure…

Webcasting…  It’s a new trend in Corporate Communications that is really catching on.  For those that are unaware, here is the definition:

Definition:  the action or practice of broadcasting an event on the Internet.
“webcasting will make a big difference in keeping our employees engaged via video”

Our Story is 50 Years In The Making

It dawned on us that even after 50 years of corporate event planning, video services and webcasting, there are still so many that don’t know about our capabilities, our expertise and our reach.

We developed a marketing piece that is attached.  It tells our story.  It also shows the three ways we go to market.  You will also find embedded links to specific examples of our work.

The most important thing about this document is that it gets in the right hands.  We need this to reach decision makers in companies that have outgrown the capabilities of a typical hotel Audio/Visual Staff.  We take events to the “next level”.  We also offer all forms of video services and we have added Webcasting to our offerings.

For the companies that have corporate events to the emerging companies that don’t have meetings, Webcasting can help both.  It is an economic, but extremely impressive way to keep employees and teams to together, informed and inspired either as a replacement for a meeting or in addition to.
