Hybrid Meetings?

Hybrid Meetings are created when Webcasting is added to reach a wider audience.

Webcasting will create a simulcast of your meeting or event for your audience to watch online. Hybrid meetings are both engaging and cost effective for small and large companies alike. For large companies with far-flung offices, more of your employees can attend your larger meetings without having the travel and entertainment expense. For smaller companies, or ones with to small of a budget a hybrid meeting can keep the physical attendance numbers down while boosting virtual and overall cost-effectiveness.

When Face-To-Face Gatherings Cost Too Much or Far Flung Offices Make Communication Difficult: Webcasting…

As a meeting and event planner, you have already asked yourself these questions:

  1. Are in-person meetings just getting too costly?
  2. Are we adept at keeping far flung offices in the communication loop?
  3. Is there an answer that is both easy and cost effective?

YES! Webcasting.

We bridge two worlds: The quality of HD Video Conferencing with the scalability of services such as Zoom, Teams or WebEx. There are several advantages:
1) Interactive – It allows for the presenter to interact, in real time, with their audience.
2) It comes as equally handy for companies that have a lot of meetings or companies that have no meetings.
3) It connects far-flung employees from anywhere on the globe via the click of a link on their smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC.
3) The best part – YOU ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE!  Leave the headache of trying to keep up with the technology to us.  Thus, you only pay for the time you use it.

Call us at 262-814-2000 to get more details, but attached is an example of how Manpower Group uses our webcasting service for their town hall meetings to connect the USA, France and India. Could your company benefit from the advantages of webcasting?  Take a look…

Three Questions To Ask Yourself…

In this ultra competitive corporate environment, you need to focus. That focus must be like a laser on your job, projects and everything that you do best.
So, ask yourself three questions:
1) Do you really need to own the overhead of all that goes into Event Planning?
2) Do you really need to own all of the overhead that goes into webcasting?
3) Do you really need to own all of the overhead that goes into professional video production?

Webcasting: Consider Infrastructure…

Webcasting…  It’s a new trend in Corporate Communications that is really catching on.  For those that are unaware, here is the definition:

webcasting
/ˈwebˌkastiNG/
Definition:  the action or practice of broadcasting an event on the Internet.
“webcasting will make a big difference in keeping our employees engaged via video”
USAV Group Productions offers webcasting services, but have you really thought it all through regarding what that means?
Let’s take a deeper look:
  • Your company hosts large meetings and corporate events already…  That’s great, but how do you keep your employees engaged and in touch between those meetings?  We all know that meetings are expensive, so a webcast to present an idea or conversation between departments, or a message from the boss, can be webcast to up to 35,000 employees.  All in a hiccup-less, 720p HD format.  The webcast will cost a fraction of an actual meeting.
  • Your company DOESN’T host meetings or corporate events…  Once again, you can do it now!  And at a fraction of what an actual meeting will cost.  You guessed it…  via webcast!
  • Your company I.T. guy is reading this and gets the wild notion that your company will go out and simply buy the infrastructure needed to make your Skype For Business or WebEx purr like a kitten….

Not so fast, cowboy!!  Your I.T. people may be experts at network traffic, maintaining servers, I.T. administration or fixing an email user/pass lock out issue, but are they also experts at video, sound and tapping into the actual backbone of the internet to make this kitten purr?  All the while, keeping up on the latest technology to deliver the highest quality broadcast for the lowest price?

Not to cast negative aspersions at your well qualified I.T. professionals, but we would dare to bet that your company would not want to own that kind of overhead, even if they had the expertise to maintain it.  So, consider the concept of “paying as you go”.  USAV Group Productions arrives with said tech in hand (the latest version, of course), sets up, the webcast goes off without a hitch and the best part…  Your company only pays for what it uses.  Then, imagine no upkeep of the equipment; no annoying obsolescence.  All you do is pay for what you use, when you use it and how often YOU choose.

Control.  It’s a great thing.

Our Story is 50 Years In The Making

It dawned on us that even after 50 years of corporate event planning, video services and webcasting, there are still so many that don’t know about our capabilities, our expertise and our reach.

We developed a marketing piece that is attached.  It tells our story.  It also shows the three ways we go to market.  You will also find embedded links to specific examples of our work.

The most important thing about this document is that it gets in the right hands.  We need this to reach decision makers in companies that have outgrown the capabilities of a typical hotel Audio/Visual Staff.  We take events to the “next level”.  We also offer all forms of video services and we have added Webcasting to our offerings.

For the companies that have corporate events to the emerging companies that don’t have meetings, Webcasting can help both.  It is an economic, but extremely impressive way to keep employees and teams to together, informed and inspired either as a replacement for a meeting or in addition to.
